TAI CHI
Tai Chi is one of the most well known health exercise systems from ancient China. Tai Chi is a system of soft exercises that are often referred to as meditation in motion. The routines consist of carefully co-ordinated and natural flowing movements that help to stimulate the flow of internal energy, Qi.
The Chinese path to health & fitness for both mind and body, Tai Chi is the ultimate stress buster. Tai Chi helps to focus our energy, strengthen the immune system and open the body and mind for better health, vitality & wellbeing.

There are many variations of Tai Chi and I teach the following styles:
- 18 Chi Kung exercises for health & vitality.
- 8 & 16 forms Yang style Tai Chi.
- Wild Goose Qigong for self healing.
- 18 forms Chen style Tai Chi.
- 24 & 48 Tai Chi routines.

LIAN GONG QIGONG
If you are interested in learning about the more theraputic and health care based Tai Chi movements, then you may wish to consider Lian Gong Qigong. This is a holistic system of Therapeutic and Health care exercises consisting of three separate routines.
Lian Qigong Qian Shi Ba Fa - routine number 1
The first eighteen exercises contains exercises for the prevention & treatment of pain in the neck, shoulders, waist & legs.
Lian Qigong Hou Shi Ba Fa - routine number 2
The second eighteen exercises contains exercises for the prevention & treatment of pain in the joints of the extremities, tenosynovitis, tennis elbow & internal organ disorder.
Lian Qigong Xu Shi Ba Fa, Yi Chi Kung - routine number 3
The third eighteen exercises exercises for the treatment of bronchitis, weak cardio-respirity function & strengthening the inner Qi
ONE-TO-ONE TUITION
Throughout life the human body requires differing levels of exercise, this is why I teach my classes on a person-by-person basis. Everyone is unique and no matter what your age or level of fitness we can work out a routine for you. No previous experience is necessary.
Tai Chi is the ancient path to mental, physical and spiritual fitness. Centuries old, it is a form of training that is both holistic and balanced and is relaxing and refreshing to the mind, body and spirit.
